Lipstick Love

#stampinup   #faithfulinkspirations   This is going to be a fun week of card shares. I made all of this week’s cards at the Proverbial Stampers & Friends new catalog event. We used the “Detailed with Love” stamp set and all the new 2018-2020 In Colors. Take a look at today’s card that features Lovely Lipstick. Yum!

We stamped the medallion from the “Detailed with Love”
stamp set in Lovely Lipstick Ink onto Whisper White Card Stock and cut
it out with a Layering Oval Framelit. We cut a just-larger scalloped
oval from the Layering Ovals Framelits and adhered these two pieces
together.


Next, we embossed a 4″ by 5-1/4″ Lovely Lipstick Card Stock panel with the Polka Dot Basics Embossing Folder and then adhered it to a Whisper White Card Stock card base.


We cut a 1/4″ strip of Lovely Lipstick paper from the 2018-2020 In Color Designer Series Paper 6″ by 6″ stack and adhered this to the card. We used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the stamped medallion element. We tied a knot in a length of Whisper White Classic Weave Ribbon and adhered it to the card with a Glue Dot for a fun finishing touch.
