#stampinup #faithfulinkspirations #ManicMonday Boy, oh boy, do I have a pretty card for you today! Not only is it pretty, but it’s a card that you can make in 10 minutes flat. What a great card for a wedding–especially when you bought that perfect gift but forgot to make a perfect card to go along with it and now you’re in a hurry. This card fills that bill nicely. Our guest artist today is Sondra Jumper.
Sondra started by stamping a sentiment from the “Woven Heirlooms” stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink onto Whisper White Card Stock. I love, love, LOVE this font! She cut this out with an oval Stitched Shapes Die.
Next, Sondra adhered a 4″ by 5-1/4″ piece of Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper to a 4-1/8″ by 5-3/8″ Petal Pink Card Stock mat. She adhered this combo to a Mossy Meadow Card Stock Card base, cut lengthwise.
Sondra used the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch to cut a pretty border from Petal Pink Card Stock. She adhered this to a 3/4″ by 4″ strip of striped Magnolia Lane DSP and then onto the card. She adhered the oval sentiment piece to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For her finishing touches, Sondra tied a length of Petal Pink Organdy Striped Ribbon into a knot and adhered it to the card with a Glue Dot. She tied a length of Mossy Meadow Linen Thread from the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack into a pretty bow and adhered this with a Glue Dot right next to the Ribbon bow. So pretty!
