To make the box bottom, start with an 8-1/2″ by 9-7/8″ piece of card stock. Score at 1″ and 2″ on all sides. Fold and burnish all score lines so they are crisp.
With your card stock turned portrait, cut the score lines as shown in red. Discard the pieces marked with an X.
Angle the sides of each flap, as shown, so that the box will fold up nicely upon assembly.
Apply Tear and Tape as shown. Do not pull off the backing yet.
Apply Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the flaps of the box and fold in to form corners.
Remove the Tear and Tape and fold the box edges inside, pressing firmly. Use your Bone Folder to seal the edges and corners.
To make the box lid,
start with an 8″ by 6-3/4″ piece of card stock. Score at 1/2″ and 1″
on all sides. Fold and burnish all score lines so they are crisp.
Cut and assemble the box lid in the same way as with the box bottom.
