Happy New Year everyone! A new year brings so many possibilities. It’s a time for renewal and refreshing. A time for new beginnings. I’ve just had a few weeks’ off from work for the holidays and now I’m ready to get back to see my coworkers and to get back into the swing of things!
Before I went on leave, I was a busy little holiday elf and I made weekly surprises for my coworkers. Since I wasn’t around for the end of the year to leave surprises, I thought I’d leave them a little something-something for the new year.
I turned to the Stampin’ Up January-to-June mini catalog that goes live on Tuesday January 4 and found the perfect suite for the project–New Horizons! I used the “On the Horizon” stamp set and the coordinating Horizon Dies. You can get these in a bundle (item 157779) and save 10% off purchasing them separately. But the thing that makes this suite so spectacular is the New Horizons 6″ by 6″ Designer Series Paper! This DSP can stand on its own–and as you’ll see on some of my samples, it almost did just that!
I used a variety of the dies, several of the stamps, and the same sentiment: “Relax & Enjoy Your Day” on each of the mini calendars. Have a look!
