#stampinup #faithfulinkspirations Today is the last of four cards I’m sharing this week from the Share What You Love Suite of products on pages 176-178 of the annual catalog. These cards have all featured the yummy Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper. I just can’t get enough of that stuff! This card was made by one of the members of the Proverbial Stampers & Friends group–but the artist didn’t sign her name, so I can’t give her credit. (If this is your card, please let me know!!)
The artist started by embossing the front of a Crumb Cake Card Stock card base with the Petal Burst Embossing Folder. Next, she adhered a 2″ by 5-1/2″ strip of Basic Black Card Stock across the center and layered on a 1-1/2″ by 5-1/2″ strip of Crumb Cake and Rich Razzleberry Share What You Love DSP.
Next, the artist stamped the flowers from the “Love What You Do” stamp set in Rich Razzleberry Ink onto Whisper White Card Stock. She used a Blender Pen (or Aqua Painter) to color in the flowers with more Rich Razzleberry Ink. She cut out this piece with an oval Stitched Shapes Framelit. She adhered it to a scalloped Basic Black Card Stock oval cut with the Layering Ovals Framelits. She adhered this piece to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. She tied a bow in some Basic Black Baker’s Twine and adhered this to the card.
Finally, she stamped “thank you” from the “Love What you Do” stamp set in Rich Razzleberry onto a 1″ strip of Crumb Cake Card Stock. She embossed this piece with the Subtle Embossing Folder to give it some texture and flagged the end with the Banner Triple Punch. She adhered this banner to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals, tucking it behind the oval piece.
I love, love, love this card!! The colors are so rich and textures are delightful!
