I’m sitting in my stamping studio looking out at the snow covered ground and just loving the view. Winter is my favorite season and I’ve been missing the snow these past few winters. I was delighted to have two snow storms arrive in one week!
On this snowy day, I’ve created 3 cards using Stampin’ Up’s Delightful Floral Designer Series Paper that’s available as an online exclusive. You do know about the online exclusives, don’t you? These are products that are available only online (of course!)–they’re not in any catalog. This DSP is scrumptious and it pairs well with the large font in the Phrases for All stamp set. Have a look!
I used the stack-cut-swap technique that Patty Bennett showed on her You Tube channel. You can make 3 cards at one time with 3 different pieces of 6″ by 6″ designer series paper. All three card bases use a Pretty Peacock card base with a Bubble Bath mat. Each has a different piece of Vellum Basics as an accent piece. I stamped the sentiments in Pretty Peacock Ink onto a Basic White die-cut piece and added some gold and Parakeet Party leaf accents. And they’ve all got a few gold birds or dragonfly embellishments.
You can see–and purchase–all the products I used for these cards by clicking on the thumbnails below.
Enjoy these pretty florals on this beautiful winter day!
