My personal faves for this Sale-a-Bration’s offerings are the Flight & Airy and Sunny Days Designer Series Papers. I’m so sad to see them leave…but that’s the deal with Sale-a-Bration–it’s a limited time.
I created two cards with the same layout that showcase these great Designer Series Papers. The basic recipe calls for a Thick Whisper White Card Stock card base, a 4″ by 5-1/4″ card stock mat, one 3-3/4″ square of DSP, one 3-3/4″ by 1-3/4″ strip of DSP, a length of ribbon, and a sentiment element.
First up is my Flight & Airy card.
I cut a circle out of the center of the Boho Blue mat to use as the sentiment element. The sentiment is from the Botanical Layers stamp set and stamped in Boho Blue. The Lemon Lolly ribbon is from the Sheer Ribbon combo pack.
I used the same design for this card that uses the Sunny Days DSP.
The Basic Black mat really makes the DSP colors pop! The sentiment is from the Garden Meadow stamp set (an online exclusive) and stamped on Basic White with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I cut this piece out with one of the Nested Essentials Dies. The Pool Party Crinkle Ribbon is yet another Sale-a-Bration choice.
