Stampin’ Up’s Greetings of the Season stamp set and die bundle is so versatile! I’ve used this bundle on the majority of the cards I’ve made this year. The sentiments mix and match–you can use the block fonts together or mix them with the script fonts–and the labels are perfect for just about any card design. For this card, I used an embossed mat, some designer series paper strips, and centered the Greetings of the Season label for what I’ve called my Blue Season’s Greetings card.
This card is really quick to create a stack–and that’s just what I did! I started with a Thick Basic White Card Stock card base. On top of that I added a 4″ by 5-1/4″ Boho Blue Card Stock mat that I embossed with the Distressed Tile 3D embossing folder–of course, I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere this later! Then I added a 1″ by 5-1/4″ of striped Iconic Celebrations DSP to the bottom of the card.
For the next layer, I cut three 1-1/8″ by 3-1/8″ Basic White strips and three 1″ by 3″ snowflake strips from the Iconic Celebrations DSP. I adhered the DSP to the Basic White strips and then adhered them directly to the card front. PROTIP: Adhere the center strip first and then placing the left and right strips will be easier.
To finish the Blue Season’s Greetings card, I adhered the label piece with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then I tied a bow with the Iridescent Striped Trim and adhered it with a Mini Glue Dot. The finishing touches are the three Basic Rhinestones.
