I’m continuing on–and catching up with–my series of Christmas cards that I created for my stamp-a-stack sessions. Today’s Christmas Greenery Fun Fold card is one I designed for the October session. I love Stampin’ Up’s super mega Season of Green & Gold Suite (item 164121) in the Online Exclusives. It comes with two stamp set and die bundles, two specialty designer series papers, a spool of the super yummy Very Vanilla Satin Ribbon, and the elusive (they keep selling out because we all want them) Cherry Cobbler and Pearl Berry Embellishments. Let’s see the card, shall we?
This Christmas Greenery Fun Fold card is really easy to make, but a little hard to describe how to assemble. So you can take a look at my YouTube video (below) where I show you how to put this card together along with the other two October designs!
Here is the cutting and scoring information.
- 4-1/4″ by 11″ Mossy Meadow card base; score at 2-3/4″ from each end; fold sides in to middle of card
- two 2″ by 5-1/8″ Mossy Meadow “arms” for the “flip-flops”
- two 1-3/4″ by 4-7/8″ DSP pieces; adhere to the Mossy Meadow “arms”
- 4″ by 5-1/4″ Very Vanilla panel for inside of card
Adhere only the left side of one DSP/Mossy Meadow strips to the top of the left flap of the card, ensuring that adhesive doesn’t extend beyond the flap. Then, adhere only the right side of the other DSP/Mossy Meadow strip to the bottom of right left flap of the card. Here’s a view of the card halfway open so you can see how the elements work together.
